SINGLES 4.0 FINALIST

Darn that I don't have the OFFICIAL picture for the blog, but earlier this month I played in the club singles championship. There were only 4 of us, but it was some tough tennis! I don't play singles, so this was quite a stretch :-)

I won my first two matches, and the next day had to play my friend. I knew it would be tough, because she's so good, and she's SCRAPPY! Plus, her nickname is FANCY PANTS, because she's such a brat and has some FANCY, tricky shots :-) It was a great match, and I lost :-( But, I get to be on the wall with her for the next year, and next year, it'll be ME with the gold trophy :-D

This is us AFTER the match - getting pedicures :-D After 8+ hours of tennis that weekend, we just wanted a 60 minute foot massage :-)

Fall 2010

Two exciting events this year - Little girl earned her GREEN belt, and little man FINALLY is back into sports! WOOHOO! :-)

I don't think I posted these, but earlier this year, little man had to do a report on an American Hero, and he chose Benjamin Franklin :-) He was sooooooo dang cute!
